Party Staff (Vetta 70)

Vetta Sports is looking for energetic, outgoing, and responsible individuals to join our team as Birthday Party Staff. As a Party Staff, you'll be responsible for creating an enthusiastic and engaging environment that leaves the kids talking non-stop about their experience! Your role is crucial in ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the entirety of the party. This includes actively interacting with guests, expertly managing birthday party set-up and breakdown, and making sure every detail contributes to a seamless and joyful celebration.

Responsibilities:

  • Create Unforgettable Experiences: Lead the party with high energy and enthusiasm, engaging kids in games, activities, and fun interactions that make their birthday truly special.

  • Guest Interaction: Actively engage with the birthday child, guests, and parents, ensuring everyone feels welcome and has a fantastic time.

  • Party Set-Up: Efficiently set up the party area according to Vetta Sports standards and the party's specific needs, including decorations, food, drinks, and activity zones.

  • Party Clean-Up: Thoroughly clean and organize the party space promptly after the celebration, ensuring it's ready for the next event or for regular facility use.

  • Guest Satisfaction: Continuously monitor guest satisfaction throughout the party, proactively addressing any needs or concerns to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

  • Activity Leadership: Lead or assist with various party activities, whether it's sports-related games, fun challenges, or other planned entertainment.

  • Safety & Supervision: Ensure the safety of all party guests, especially children, by actively supervising activities and adhering to all Vetta Sports safety guidelines.

  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other Vetta Sports staff to ensure smooth transitions and overall operational excellence for all parties.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with children in a recreational, camp, or entertainment setting is highly preferred.

  • A naturally enthusiastic, outgoing, and charismatic personality.

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for set-up and clean-up.

  • Ability to manage groups of children and engage them effectively.

  • Responsible, reliable, and punctual.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by party schedules.

  • Must pass a comprehensive background check.

Working Conditions:

  • Work primarily takes place indoors within party rooms, sports courts, or designated activity areas.

  • Requires standing, walking, bending, light lifting (e.g., party supplies), and active participation in games.

  • May be exposed to varying noise levels typical of children's parties.

Employment classification
This is a part-time, hourly position requiring approx. 15–20 hours per week.
