Vetta Sports is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Concessions Attendants. In this role, you'll be responsible for the complete set-up and breakdown of our concession inventory. You'll also provide essential assistance throughout the facility as needed. Your primary functions will revolve around delivering outstanding customer service, handling sales transactions efficiently, and meticulously managing inventory and money.
Set-Up and Breakdown: Accurately set up concession stands with all necessary food and beverage inventory before shifts, and efficiently break down and clean the area at the end of shifts.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide friendly, prompt, and courteous service to all patrons, answering questions and ensuring a positive experience.
Sales and Transactions: Accurately sell food and non-alcoholic beverages to customers. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, including operating a point-of-sale (POS) system.
Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing concession inventory. Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to management.
Food Handling: Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines for preparation, storage, and serving of concession items.
Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting concession area throughout your shift.
General Assistance: Be prepared to assist in other areas of the house as needed to ensure smooth facility operations.
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service is preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
Ability to handle money accurately and operate a POS system.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 25 pounds.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Must pass a comprehensive background check.
Work primarily takes place indoors at concession stands.
Involves standing for long periods, light lifting, bending, and reaching.
May be exposed to varying noise levels and temperatures.
This is a part-time, hourly position requiring approximately 15–20 hours per week.
